Avoidance.
Avoidance can get you into a lot of difficulty in your life.
Avoidance can take on several forms.
Whether it’s avoiding feelings and wanting to escape reality by smoking, drinking, gambling or taking drugs.
Avoiding life because it seems scary and overwhelming.
Procrastinating because of fear of failure or avoiding new experiences because you feel it is too risky.
This in turn will keep you stuck and feeling like you are a failure when the truth is you haven’t really tried.
